Experience: He retired from his full-time position in DIT in 2010 but has remained active with projects for the OECD in Mexico, Italy and Hungary, as chairman of reviews in Netherlands, Lithuania India and Latvia and as consultant for projects in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. In 2014 he became the Honorary President of Gengdan Institute of Beijing University of Technology and continues in that role today. He is also chairman of the Dublin Institute of Design and a member of the Board of Governors of the Institute of Business and Technology, Ireland.
